1.Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
2.Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
3.Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids
4.Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
5.If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
1. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%-5% mild detergent solution.
2. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
3. Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth.
4. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use
6.Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface function.
7.Avoid placing heavy items on.the massager to prevent damage or deformation

Power Off First: Always turn off the device and disconnect the USB charging cable before cleaning.

Surface Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a slightly damp cloth using water or a tiny amount of mild soap. Wipe dry completely with a clean cloth immediately after.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use alcohol, thinner, benzene, or abrasive chemical cleaners on the massager.

Never Submerge: Do not immerse the unit, battery port, or charger cable in water or any liquid.

Storage: Store the massager in a cool, safe, and dry environment away from direct sunlight, open flames, or heat sources.

Protect the Shell: Avoid contact with sharp objects that could cut or puncture the inner lining or surface. Do not place heavy items on top of the device to prevent internal airbag deformation.

Policy Overview: Mivana Wellness does not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Damaged / Defective Orders: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement.

Timeline: You must reach out to customer support within seven (7) days of receiving your package.

Requirement: You must provide your Order ID along with an unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage.
