3. What are the delivery charges? Is shipping free?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum order value, no hidden charges
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. We also offer Partial COD where you pay a small advance {200rs or 10 to 15% of the product value) while placing the order and the rest at the time of delivery.
5. How long does shipping take? Do you deliver to my location ?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. We deliver across India to over 70,000 pin codes. In rare Cases, delivery may not be available in select remote areas due to logistics or regional constraints.
6. What is your return and replacement policy ?
We stand behind the quality of our products. While we don't offer returns or exchanges delivered orders, we've got you covered if something goes wrong. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, simply reach out within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and an unboxing video showing the issue. We'll review it and arrange a replacement
